Terms of Service

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Vyroclips. If you use the service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Vyroclips provides tools for importing media, generating clips, creating captions and metadata, storing project assets, connecting third-party accounts, scheduling posts, and publishing content to selected platforms. Features may change over time.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create through the service. You grant Vyroclips a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, analyze, store, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service and the features you request.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, consents, and authority to upload, process, repurpose, schedule, and publish your content.

If you connect YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or another platform, you authorize Vyroclips to act on your instructions using the scopes and permissions you approve. You remain responsible for your use of those integrations and for complying with each platform's terms, policies, community rules, and API requirements.

You may disconnect a connected account at any time from the service. We may disable an integration if required by a platform, by law, or for security or abuse prevention reasons.

You may not use Vyroclips to infringe intellectual property rights, violate privacy or publicity rights, publish unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, bypass platform restrictions, interfere with service operations, reverse engineer protected parts of the product, or misuse connected-platform credentials or tokens.

Paid plans, subscriptions, usage credits, and feature limits are described in the product or checkout flow. Charges are billed in the currency shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The service depends on third-party providers, including hosting providers, payment processors, AI vendors, and social platforms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or actions taken by those third parties.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any feature will remain available forever.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or misuse connected-platform features. Certain provisions, including payment obligations and liability limitations, survive termination.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vyroclips disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyroclips will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100 USD.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vyroclips and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of connected platforms, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Your use of Vyroclips is subject to our Privacy Policy. Instructions for disconnecting accounts and requesting deletion of account data are available at vyroclips.com/data-deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
