Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Vyroclips. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vyroclips. By creating an account or using any feature of the Service, you represent you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
2 Description of Service
Vyroclips is an AI-powered video processing platform enabling users to import videos, receive AI clip suggestions, render clips in multiple formats, and publish to connected social accounts. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service with reasonable notice.
3 User Accounts
3.1 Registration: You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at legal@vyroclips.ai.
3.3 Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abuse of the Service.
4 Content and Intellectual Property
4.1 Your Content: You retain all rights to content you import. You grant Vyroclips a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
4.2 Content Responsibility: You confirm you own or have explicit permission to repurpose all content you import. You must not import content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable laws.
4.3 YouTube Content: When importing via YouTube URL, you confirm you have legal rights to repurpose the video. Importing content you do not own or lack permission for is strictly prohibited.
4.4 Vyroclips IP: The Vyroclips platform, branding, AI models, and software are owned by Vyroclips and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Vyroclips to: infringe intellectual property rights; distribute illegal or harmful content; violate third-party platform terms; reverse engineer the Service; resell the Service without written consent; or interfere with normal operation of the Service.
6 Payments and Subscriptions
6.1 Free Plan: Vyroclips offers a free tier subject to usage limits. We may modify free plan features at any time.
6.2 Paid Plans: Billed in advance monthly or annually in USD.
6.3 Cancellations: Cancel anytime; takes effect at end of current billing period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
6.4 Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days' written notice.
7 Privacy
Your use of Vyroclips is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms.
8 Third-Party Services
Vyroclips integrates with YouTube, social media platforms, and AI providers. Your use of these integrations is governed by those platforms' respective terms. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.
9 Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated suggestions will meet your specific requirements.
10 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Vyroclips SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $100 USD.
11 Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Vyroclips and its officers from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration if unresolved.
13 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
