Account information: Name, email address, password hash, account preferences, billing plan, and profile data you choose to provide.

Authentication data: If you sign in with Google or connect social accounts, we may receive profile information, account identifiers, access tokens, refresh tokens, and related metadata needed to maintain those connections.

Content and project data: Videos, transcripts, generated clips, captions, thumbnails, scheduling details, and other media-processing outputs you upload or create through the service.

Support data: Messages sent through our contact form, support emails, and related troubleshooting details.

Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser data, log files, cookies, approximate location inferred from network information, and activity within the service.

Payment and subscription data: Subscription status, billing events, and transaction metadata from our payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.

We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, connect and maintain social publishing integrations, process and store media, schedule and publish posts at your direction, improve product performance, protect security, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, send transactional communications, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms of Service.

When you connect YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or another platform, you authorize us to access only the account data and permissions needed for the features you enable. We use connected-account tokens solely to support account linking, content publishing, status retrieval, and troubleshooting requested by you.

We do not sell connected-account data. We do not use connected-account data for advertising. We do not share connected-account data except as needed to operate the requested platform integration, with service providers acting on our instructions, or as required by law.

Service providers: Hosting, storage, analytics, payment, email, AI, and infrastructure vendors that help us operate the service.

Connected platforms: Content, captions, hashtags, and limited account metadata are transmitted to platforms you explicitly connect when you request publishing or account sync.

Legal and safety disclosures: We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, investigate fraud, enforce our agreements, or protect users, the public, or Vyroclips.

Business transfers: Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale, subject to this policy or a successor policy with notice where required.

We retain account records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, fraud prevention, billing, and legal compliance. Media and project files are retained as needed to provide the service and according to your plan or storage settings. Connected-account tokens are retained until you disconnect the account, delete your account, or the tokens expire or are revoked.

We use essential cookies for login, security, and product functionality. We may also use analytics or preference technologies to understand usage and improve the service. You can manage cookies through your browser, although disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the service from working.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and connected-account data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may update account details, disconnect social accounts, and request deletion of your account data. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export certain personal data. Vyroclips is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal data to us, contact us so we can review and delete it if appropriate.

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. By using the service, you understand that data protection laws in those locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by additional notice inside the service or by email.
