Data Deletion Instructions

1. Disconnect connected social accounts

Sign in to Vyroclips, open Connected Accounts, and disconnect any YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok account you no longer want linked.

Disconnecting removes the saved access and refresh tokens for that connection. A channel identifier and past publishing records may remain; request deletion below if you also want those records removed. Disconnecting does not delete videos already published on an external platform.

For Google and YouTube, you can also revoke Vyroclips' authorization in your Google Account permissions. This stops access through that authorization. It does not automatically delete data already stored by Vyroclips, so contact us to request its removal.

2. Delete projects and media

From your dashboard, delete any project you no longer want us to store. This removes the project from your account and stops future scheduling from that content.

3. Request account deletion

Email support@vyroclips.com from the address on your account with the subject line Account deletion request. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.

To remove only your stored Google or YouTube information while keeping your Vyroclips account, use the subject Google / YouTube data deletion request and identify the connected channel or channels. We will remove the stored connection credentials, channel identifiers, and associated publishing records covered by your verified request, subject to legal retention obligations.

4. What we delete

Once verified, we will delete or de-identify your account profile, connected-account tokens we control, contact-form messages associated with your account, and project metadata, except where we must keep limited records for security, billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

5. Response timing

We aim to respond to verified deletion requests within 30 days.
