Data Deletion Instructions

1. Disconnect connected social accounts
Sign in to Vyroclips, open Connected Accounts, and disconnect any YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok account you no longer want linked.
2. Delete projects and media
From your dashboard, delete any project you no longer want us to store. This removes the project from your account and stops future scheduling from that content.
3. Request account deletion
Email support@vyroclips.com from the address on your account with the subject line Account deletion request. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.
4. What we delete
Once verified, we will delete or de-identify your account profile, connected-account tokens we control, contact-form messages associated with your account, and project metadata, except where we must keep limited records for security, billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
5. Response timing
We aim to respond to verified deletion requests within 30 days.
